Enlightening Plast is a professional manufacturer of spill containment products and spill kits with over 20 years of manufacturing experience, headquartered in China. We specialize in providing high-quality, customized spill prevention solutions for brand owners, wholesalers, and distributors worldwide.

Our manufacturing facility operates over 100 injection molding and rotational molding machines, with each production line supervised by quality control personnel with 5+ years of experience to ensure consistent product quality.

By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our products or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Manufacturing Services: We provide comprehensive spill containment manufacturing solutions including standard products and custom manufacturing services.

Customization Options: We offer customized colors, custom logo printing, and custom mold development to meet specific client requirements.

Quality Standards: All products comply with international standards including EPA 40 CFR 264.175, UK 110% Bund, and AS 1940 certifications.

Material Compliance: Raw materials are tested to meet RoHS and REACH standards, with strength and performance meeting international requirements.

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Enlightening Plast. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Custom orders may require additional quotation processes.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and contracts. Standard terms typically require deposit before production and balance before shipment.

Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products and customization services.

Quality Control: We implement 100% factory inspection and sampling inspection according to ISO 2859 standards to ensure high-quality products.

Manufacturing Precision: Our automated injection molding and precision assembly processes maintain accuracy of ±0.1mm.

Product Warranty: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period specified in individual contracts, typically 12 months from delivery date.

Limitation of Warranty: Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.

Delivery Terms: Delivery terms will be specified in individual contracts, typically FOB China port or as agreed upon.

Shipping Responsibility: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the agreed shipping point.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, customization requirements, and shipping conditions.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Proprietary Rights: All designs, molds, processes, and technical information developed by Enlightening Plast remain our intellectual property.

Customer IP: We respect customer intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality of customer designs and specifications.

Custom Molds: Ownership of custom molds will be specified in individual agreements, typically transferring to the customer upon full payment.

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business relationships.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products in question.

Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

Product Use: Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used according to specifications and applicable safety regulations.

Third Party Claims: Customers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of products or failure to follow proper safety procedures.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties.

Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Jurisdiction: Courts in our headquarters jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any written contracts, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendment: These terms may only be modified in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Survival: Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination of any agreement.
