72-Hour Chemical Resistance Soak
Representative samples from each batch undergo a continuous 72-hour immersion in industrial chemicals including acids, solvents, and petroleum products. Post-soak dimensional and structural checks confirm zero degradation.
Full-Load Structural Stress Test
Products are loaded to rated capacity (200L+ for standard drum pallets) and held under static and dynamic load conditions. Grate deflection, base integrity, and forklift channel performance are all measured and recorded.
